Julian Agurs, 17, was killed in a drive-by shooting on Brentwood Road. Two other teens were injured, but they are expected to survive.
Investigators said the teens were walking out of a carryout restaurant when a car pulled up to them and shots were fired.
The 17-year-old arrested in the case has been charged with murder.
Police said more arrests are possible.
